As a Partner and Global Head of Real Estate at Värde, Tim Mooney is responsible for real estate investments across all markets, including the acquisition of non-performing loans, assets and real estate-related companies. He’s also a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. 

Previously Tim was an attorney at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft in New York, and a member of its financial restructuring group.

Tim earned a BSFS from Georgetown University, a J.D. from the University of Chicago and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
