ROLE SUMMARY
The Programme Manager will be responsible for the planning and delivery of Pi Labs’ flagship Growth Programme, ensuring an exceptional founder experience and flawless execution across all programme activities.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys operational delivery and high standards. The programme has fixed milestones and high impact, so we are looking for someone who is highly organized, comfortable managing complexity, and motivated by delivering excellent outcomes as part of a collaborative team.
The Programme Manager will work closely with the investment, marketing, and business development teams, to deliver an exceptional programme and stakeholder engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
GROWTH PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT
You will be responsible for planning and day-to-day running of the annual programme, including:
· Planning and day-to-day running of the yearly Growth Programme (the programme calendar, cadence, and logistics).
· Liaising with the investment team to understand how the cohort companies / pipeline align with our investment themes
· Planning and delivering the programme of activities, managing the involvement of internal and external experts (workshops, sessions, events, and 1:1s)
· Manage and produce internal resources for cohort teams, such as a Notion page and online recordings
· Engaging with other players in the market to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience for our cohort founders.
STAKEHOLDER COORDINATION
· Coordinate programme activities, including workshops and individual meetings between cohort companies, customers, mentors, and investors.
· Engage with founders and plan activities, meetings and events that drive them toward success.
· Planning and management of events, including Pi Labs’ annual Demo Day, in collaboration with the marketing team.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

· You have a proven ability to execute initiatives, drive results, and deliver tangible outcomes in a high-growth environment,
· You have excellent attention to detail, organisation, self-management, and people skills.
· You are able to able to manage competing priorities effectively and deliver consistently under tight deadlines, maintaining quality and stakeholder confidence.
· You are a self-starter with the ability to initiate projects and drive goals forward collaboratively
· You possess excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging founders and senior external stakeholders.
It will be even better if:
· You have 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced project or programme management role. Experience in VC, investment banking, start-ups, accelerators, or other high-growth or innovation-focused environments is valued.
· Experience working in a start-up, technology business or real estate is advantageous but not essential.

· Work with the investment team and scout for new business, for both our Growth Programme and direct investments.
· Support our investment team in doing the due diligence of potential investments.
· Alongside the day-to-day investment work, you will be assigned a special project of strategic importance to Pi Labs. This will be presented as a written report.
