Jon is Managing Partner at real estate investment and advisory company Realty Corporation Ltd, which he founded in 2017. He is also a senior adviser at McKinsey & Company, focused on real estate investment and technology, and has served on the boards of several leading property companies in Europe, including Songbird (Canary Wharf), Logicor, Anticipa, Multi Corporation, TLG, and Corestate Capital.

Jon also held a number of senior leadership positions in the real estate investment arms of The Blackstone Group and Goldman Sachs.
