Michelle is responsible for sourcing and executing new investments and managing deals post-investment.

Previously, Michelle was an Investor at Founders Factory, where she led investments across both consumer and B2B in partnership with their corporate partners L'Oreal, M&S and Reckitt Benckiser. She has also worked as a Growth Investor at BGF, investing £2-20m cheques into fast-growing UK SMEs.

Michelle started her career at Goldman Sachs, where she worked in the Investment Banking Division, covering TMT and Consumer deals. There, she worked on transactions for large clients such as SoftBank.

Michelle holds an MA in French and English Literature from the University of Edinburgh, with a year at The Sorbonne in Paris.
